A man was recently arrested by the cops on a highway outside of Cairns Australia with a Blood alcohol reading of 0.301. the individual was traveling to his friends house in his wheelchair when he fell asleep in the middle of the highway.
Sounds like his guardian angels were working overtime saving him from not only alcohol poisoning, but also from being hit by other drivers.
