Above are two links of interest, what with today being the 40th anniversary of the Tet Offensive, and these days Harry Reid is waving his yellow-trimmed WHITE FLAG as hard as he can, but too many Americans actually want to help free the Iraqis, so we're not surrendering any time soon.
And above that, al-Qaeda's hopes of duplicating the 'success' of the North Vietnamese Tet Offensive, with blatant disregard for the reality of that very offensive:the offensive was a military disaster for communist forces, and only benefited the Communists because it shaped mainland American opinion against freedom and self-determination for the Vietnamese, quickly triggering the kind of surrender Harry Reid and his loathsome friends are seeking.
