Xbox Australia is holding an auction on Ebay for the Make-A-Wish Foundation ®. This is your chance to own a piece of Halo 2 history. If you’re rich buy all eight. After transforming the skyline for more than five months, Master Chief and the historic Halo 2 advertisement that took over a Sydney landmark are now up for grabs as Xbox auctions the sign worldwide to raise funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation ®.
Late in 2004, Xbox made advertising history by becoming the first non-Coca Cola Amatil company in 30 years to advertise at the iconic Coke site in Kings Cross, Sydney.
Divided into eight pieces, each piece of the Halo 2 advertisement will be accompanied by a commemorative plaque including a photo of the Halo 2 Coke sign and will be personally signed by the team at the gamesUS developer, Bungie Studios.
