What can you do if the flash movie or application does not work? Make sure you have the latest version of flash on your computer. You can go to the Adobe website for download flash free.
If that does not help then you should close all applications that you are running and use the uninstaller for flash player. It will take away all flash applications you have on your computer and then you can install a new one.
After you finished download the new flash plug in and if asked restart your computer.
