I know that exercise is supposed to be good for you and has huge range of positive effects. So why is it, that after a really good workout, the type that leaves you full of energy and wanting to do more, can’t I bloody walk! At Fridays Kuk Sool class, part of our warm-up consisted of a range of lower body and leg such as bunny-hops and stretches, and lots of them. Two days later and it hurts to stand, sit and walk, so I’m screwed at the moment. Mind you it’s worth the pain if my fitness continues o improve, I’ve just got to get Julie and the kids to believe me now.
