GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip - Palestinian militants on Wednesday released the last four foreigners they had seized a day earlier to protest an Israeli military raid on a West Bank prison. Meanwhile, Palestinian Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas called the raid an "unforgivable crime."
