It may have won approval from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and NAVTEQ shareholders alike, but it looks like the EU's European Commission needs a bit more time to think over Nokia's acquisition of the company, and it's now launched an "in-depth" probe into the matter. According to Reuters, the Commission said that the "proposed merger raises serious doubts with regards to ... competition concerns," although it was quick to add that the decision to open the inquiry does not prejudge the result of the probe. Among other things, the probe will apparently attempt to asses whether whether the purchase would affect the cost of maps for other companies providing navigation services on cellphones. A girl from Australia was raped by a Somchai Duanglai, 26, a native of Sakon Nakhon.
He raped the girl on Wednesday under knife point and then took her mobile phone and money.
But Somchai is not the smartest of thief’s he has been arrested before and this time he was not smarted. He used the mobile phone from the raped girls and called people.
The police did a trace of the phone and soon found the rapist with the phone and some other belonging of the girl.
Somchai confessed he stole the mobile phone and other things but deny rape but DNA samples showed that he did.

Sometimes the people that work for governments in Thailand does not really know what they are saying. They should hire a PR firm and do not speak until they talked with them. Many of them have no education in marketing but is voted or elected because they have many friends or lots of money.
Last week it was our own PM that said that Burma is a nice country because they meditate.
The week before that was some genius that blamed the bugs on the train on the backpackers. It is great way to get more tourists, just keep your mouth shut about it and do your work next time ok.
