Yet another Sunday dish we are fond of here is roasted rack of pork. The real secret to this dish is getting the right cut of meat. You want the part cut from the loin rib section with the bone. Here is picture of a raw cut:
This meat is delicious. You will never believe how tender it is. There are those who will brine this cut and there is nothing wrong with it, but in my opinion it isn't needed.
1 4lb rack of pork.
2 cups Bourbon which in other words means Jack Daniels. :)
3 1/2 cups chicken stock.
2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper.
2-3 tablespoons Canola or vegetable oil.
Preheat oven to 425.
Generously salt and pepper the rack on all sides. In a large skillet (I use my cast iron skillet as it is perfect for this recipe), heat the oil to medium high heat.

There is another teen movie coming it has been a big hype on the internet for a while and they say it will be like American Pie well at least as good as the first 3 the other I do not even want to talk about. The Movie Superbad is coming out this august but already now you can download cool ring tones, buddy icons and wallpapers from Sony’s Superbad site.

The Superbad movie is about teenage boys off course and one of them Michael Cerahas played in the brilliant TV series "Arrested Development". The movie has been Rated R for pervasive crude and sexual content. The teenagers have sex, take drugs and drink a lot I mean come on it is a teenage movie what did they think they do. I always wanted a sofa for my dogs that they can sleep in. In Thailand its difficult to find shops that create what you want so sometimes you have to visit the internet to find the stuff. I found the shop for Sofas that have done sofas for Snoop Dogg ,Dennis Rodman and warren G so I am sure they can make a sofa for my cute dogs. The fact they also did sofas for the Play Boy Mansion also help to create a hip factor to this cool store.

I am going to be in a Music Video in Thailand. My friend has a Video Production company and she asked me to be a hostage and rescued by the military. It Pays about 5000 THB and I guess we going be there for a full day at least. The music video is by some artist I have no idea about but his name is Chatree Kongsuwan nick name Oam. He is one of the commentators in Academy Fantasia. I will take some photos and tell you the story after I done it on Sunday I really want to know how they do a photo shot in Thailand. I been in a few TV programs in Sweden but never in a Music Video.

Today I changed my MSN name to “My neighbors are Muggles”. I got new neighbors in the house next to mine and since it is Harry Potter time I thought it would be a good idea to joke little bit with them. There are two things that are going on around my area on the internet. One thing is the new Harry Potter book “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” number 7 and for now the last book. Will Harry Potter or any of the other characters die in this book and if he does not die will there be another book people are craving to know this weekend.
The other thing is when Google is going to have the next upgrade of PageRank well for some it is going to be a upgrade for some it is going to be a downgrade. I hoping that this Blog will reach a new PR of 5 at least but I do not think it will. People are guessing wild when Google is going to release its new PageRank and my guess is as good as any.

It is really amazing what all the fitness dates people come up with. The last one I saw today was fitness dating and it fits me perfect. I spend at least 3 hours a day in the fitness and I wish I could spend more. Fitness girls are my kind of girl and I am happy Thailand started to join the fitness craze that’s been going on in USA and Europe for quite some time now.

I think my new neighbors are Muggles. They are cleaning the house up by hand and they did not save none of the old broom sticks laying around. Either they got new faster brooms or they are defiantly Muggles.
I send out my house elf to spy on them because you never know what they might do. I am sure he will back soon with a report on what they are doing. On Monday we found a dead cat in the backyard I should have known that it was not a good start of the week.
Lets look forward to the weekend and for the last book about the wizard Harry Potter maybe there is something in there about this Muggles family moved in next door.

Now the great TV season is back in Thailand Lost shows at AXN every Thursday and Saturday at 22.00 double episodes so do not go away after the advertising.
UBC have started to show Entourage from the 30 JULE and surprisingly not to so show the old episodes before well you can always buy them on the local pirated DVD shop in Pantip plaza.
Then you always have my favorite tease in the afternoon from the old fashion TV channel Chic TV our own WOW California Fitness 20 min work me out dance aerobics. They beat the girls in the Australians morning aerobic with all the moaning and open mouths yummy yummy get me some. Sorry Bow but you look very nice :)
And if you bored with all the unsolved crimes in Thailand you can always rest assure that C.S.I will save the day.
