In Thailand I can not take personal loans and I can not take Secured loans because I can not own a property. If you work and have a permit for work for a few years maybe they will give you a credit card and maybe you can pay off a car but you will never get a personal loan. The best way is to check online loans before you move to Thailand and pay the loan off from there. It might be complicated but believe me there is no bank in Thailand that will give you money. Where I come from there is a law they no one can be denied a Bank accounts that’s a good rule because people need to have some where to put the money. I have some problem when I wanted a normal ATM card since I have a small debt I almost did not get a normal ATM to a Savings account. Lucky me I am a friend of a girl in the Bank and she said it was ok that I was a stand up person so to speak.
When we opened our business bank accounts it was even more difficult I made sure that my name was not on the application and then it went ok. But they charge so much money just because its to a company even if you just put in money.

It was 10 years ago the Asian tiger crashed now and now the Chinese Dragon is having problem with export and inflation. More and more countries are checking the quality of work that the Chinese factories mass-produced. I have been concerned for a year now about the quality of food I am buying and if it comes from China.

In the latest news from Adsense there referral program has been upgraded to 2.0 but I have still not made 1 dollar from sales and I do not know anyone how did either.
I will try to see if can put in some ads in Adword to see if I can get it to work and get some sales from that end.

I have never taken a loan in Thailand and but I can see some people in the USA have taken loads of secured loans. I saw on the New from USA that one big loans company is going bankrupt everyday that’s must be really bad for the American economy. I have always paid cash for my things but sometimes I wish I could take a loan and buy a house or apartment. Bendigo Bank wants to expand wealth management with its $1.2 billion bid for wholesale customer darling Adelaide Bank.
Bendigo and Adelaide, which hold the top two positions in Roy Morgan's poll of banking customer satisfaction, will become a $4 billion company and break into the top 70 listed companies in Australia after the merger.
Bendigo chief executive Rob Hunt, who will lead the merged bank, said the banks had been developing products for their client niches independently, but together would gain access to the retail and wholesale markets at a lower cost.
Adelaide Bank chief executive Jamie McPhee will remain in his position and Bendigo chief operating officer Mike Hirst will take responsibility for Bendigo's retail bank.

A federal parliamentary committee will host a public hearing in Canberra as part of its investigation into home lending practices.
The House of Representatives Economics Committee (HREC) will hear submissions from financial institutions on the growing number of mortgage defaults and foreclosures as more people struggle with their home loan repayments.
HREC deputy chair Sharon Bird says south-west Sydney is experiencing the highest number of mortgage defaults.
Ms Bird says some unscrupulous mortgage lenders are able to escape regulations to provide unsustainable home loans.
"There's some evidence from the submissions that the non-bank home loan lenders and some of the new types of financial mortgage loans that people are getting into are much higher risk, that people are being encouraged to undertake debt that they really can't service," she said.

Adelaide Bank shareholders will need to approve a planned merger with the larger Bendigo Bank.
The boards of the Adelaide and Bendigo banks have announced plans to merge.
[Bendigo Bank is a regional community bank player, and Adelaide Bank is Australia's wholesale mortgage lender player, with 90 percent of its home loans done outside South Australia.]
The merger announcement came after both banks revealed record profits this morning.
Adelaide Bank has grown its full-year earnings by 7 per cent to just over $100 million, while Bendigo Bank has reported a 4 per cent rise to $122 million.
They say the merger will create a unique customer and partner focused financial services organisation.
However, the deal will need approval by Adelaide Bank shareholders at a meeting expected to be held in November.

Three of Australia's "big four" banks have announced changes to home loan mortgage lending, credit card, business loans and deposit rates after Wednesday's increase in official rates.
ANZ is the latest to move, putting up its standard variable home loan interest rate to 8.32 per cent.
The bank says it recognises the increase in official rates will be difficult for some customers.
Earlier today, Westpac announced it was passing on the full increase in official interest as set by the Reserve Bank of Australia, to its lending interest rates, while increasing some of its deposit rates by 0.3 per cent.
National Australia Bank announced changes to its rates late yesterday.
