Today the Supreme Court of the United States of America issued a judgment that says the Second Amendment is indeed an individual right. I know the 2nd amendment is a hot-button topic for many and widely debated, but today the Supreme Court has smacked down the argument that the 2nd Amendment is not an individual right to own a gun. For the first time since the 2nd Amendment was ratified in 1791 the courts have acknowledged that it is indeed an individual right. Let this be a lesson to everyone: The Bill of Rights are INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS. Here are some videos from various media outlets about today's court decision:

Children as young as two years of age are in the bull's-eye of coming changes in California's school curriculum, which "gay rights" advocates now admit will alter the very foundation of information presented to public school classrooms.
A list of school resources, sponsored by a homosexual-advocacy group called Safe Schools Coalition, suggests that for those who are only two years old, there's "Felicia's Favorite Story," which tells how she was "adopted by her two mothers."
The list also promotes a book called "Are You a Girl or a Boy?" by Karleen Jiminez, a resource for children ages 4-8 when advocating homosexuality, bisexuality, transgenderism and other alternative lifestyle choices.
It's described as "A sweet book about a gender-different kid."

...somewhere between the microphone and the mens' room...
...just terrible...
...as Dan Rather can attest...
Dan is SUING CBS and the bizarre disconnect demonstrated there is only matched by the palpable irony of Dan's stonewalling denial attitude:
"THR: But were the National Guard documents authentic?
Rather: I believe they are authentic. I believed it at the time, I believe it now.
THR: So all the people who have pointed out, for example, that the particular font on the documents didn't even exist back then, they are wrong?
Rather: I'm glad you asked about that because, unfortunately, there has been a lot written and said about it, saying they were bogus, they were forgeries, none of which has stood up. But I do want to come back to the documents being just part of the story. The core of the story -- what a journalist tries to do -- is get the truth, or as close to the truth...Write Comment (0 Comments) |

A day specially set aside by America to recall earlier years, times and moments of gratitude in addition to our usual thankfulness for the indescribable bounty of being alive and the moment-to-moment wonder of being born (or naturalized) American!
America's history as the oldest constitutional republic ever is astonishing, but the ideals we hold, the hopes we share, the values we uphold and the rights and responsibilities we, as Americans, cherish... are nothing short of marvelous! For these alone we are rightly grateful.
But as Americans we also have the freedom to make mistakes, and to learn from our efforts and errors. This freedom, denied to citizens and slaves of the Nazi Reich and the Soviet Socialist Republics, is a gracious, wonderful freedom. In the Reich and the Republics, citizens were ALWAYS subject to imprisonment or death for having made a simple, unplanned error or h...Write Comment (0 Comments) |

I love coffee, thats the only reason I'm posting this, and the fact that I have been so busy lately I haven't had time to write lately. So instead of writing I thought I would post this video from the AP about Latte Art becoming popular in NYC. You know the reporter must have been lazy, because a New York Times article about Latte Art's popularity was published last year in this very same week. Anyways, if your local barista can crank out drinks like these, they probably know what they are doing. Now if you'll excuse me, I'll go get some coffee while you watch the video below...

My 6 Year old computer is starting to hit the wall. I already took out Norton Antivirus it makes your system so slow. I took away some graphic effect from the XP system not that I miss them but all tweaking is good. I told XP to stop indexing my files I am using Google to that now and talk about Google. When you use Google Desktop search do not fill in to seach on everything, you do not need it to search on internet pages IE can do that, you do not need it to search on emails Gmail can do that or you email program. It will you computer a heck lot faster if you fine tune it.
What ever you do all downloading of updates in the night time when you sleeping and do ot let Windows Defender run all the time it will eat you memory.

"A group of us have decided to take the jihadis on in the last frontier: Operation YouTube Smackdown.
We are attempting to interdict enemy propaganda videos uploaded on YouTube including videos from Al Sahab (the cloud), the media branch of Al Qaeda, Al Ansar al Sunnah (Army of the Sunnah) which is an AQ affiliate in Iraq and many others.
We are doing this by noting the most egregious offenders and flagging their videos as "hate speech" and "graphic violence" the only two selections under YouTube guidelines we can take while leaving a comment on the video for YouTube that hosting these videos is a violation of US law prohibiting material support for terrorists or designated FTOs (foreign terrorist organizations). We also quote YouTubes policies regarding violent content. It takes appx 24 -48 hours to have them taken down.
This is our current video on the hit list: Iraqi muj...Write Comment (0 Comments) |

Confederate Yankee on Beauchamp!

Class-Action Against Predatory Priests
"Hundreds of people who claim they were abused by clergy affiliated with the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles can expect to be paid more than $1 million each in a $660 million settlement of their lawsuits.
The deal, by far the largest settlement in the church's sexual abuse scandal, was reached Saturday, said Ray Boucher, the lead plaintiff's attorney. The archdiocese, America's largest, and the plaintiffs were to release a joint statement Sunday, he said."
Tips of icebergs as big as this are sure signs that SOMETHING IS WRONG, here...
Read for yourself, and ask yourself if money for being abused is a just resolution; and ask if NOT taking criminal action against the abusers is right?
Hmmm... I Call BS!

It's not enough any more for lawbreakers in America to demand to be treated as law-abiding citizens, which they clearly are not - now they are issuing (non-violent) threats against "this government and this economy":
Hours after the Senate voted against advancing the immigration reform project, the Mexican activist Elvira Arellano announced a campaign of resistance against the U.S. government.
In a written statement, the leader of the movement Familia Unida (United Family) said that “if the Democrats and the Republicans cannot summon the courage to fix the broken law we will not sit quietly and see our families and our children cut to pieces on the broken pieces of that broken law."
She demanded an immediate moratorium on all raids and deportations.
Arellano, who has remained in a Northwest Side church since August 15 to avoid an order of deportation, said this would be the de...Write Comment (0 Comments) |
